Soft Centre Chocolate Cake
- 50g Chocolate
- 50g butter
- 40g sugar
- 1 egg
- 45g plain flour
- Melt the butter and chocolate over boiling water.
- Whisk together the sugar and eggs.
- Mix with the chocolate and butter once lightly cooled to avoid cooking the egg.
- Fold in the flour
- Bake in a ramekin (lined with butter and flour) and bake on a med-high heat for 12 mins.
- Serve with berries and cream
