Soft Centre Chocolate Cake

  • 50g Chocolate
  • 50g butter
  • 40g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 45g plain flour




  • Melt the butter and chocolate over boiling water.
  • Whisk together the sugar and eggs.
  • Mix with the chocolate and butter once lightly cooled to avoid cooking the egg.
  • Fold in the flour
  • Bake in a ramekin (lined with butter and flour) and bake on a med-high heat for 12 mins.
  • Serve with berries and cream
