Add a little spice to the occasion with a delicious and crowd wowing Prawn, Avocado and Dill Bruschetta.

To be followed by a show-stopping centrepiece, an amazing baked Salmon en Croute, which you will be shown how to make from start to finish!

Finally, we have the perfect way to finish with a mouth wateringly tangy, Lemon Tart.
