Start your evening by preparing an authentic Malaysian Prawn Laska Noodle Broth
To follow learn how to make a traditional Asian favourite, Lemongrass Pork Dumpling Skewers served with Green Bean Salad, Asian Steamed Hirata Buns with BBQ Pork Belly, Sweet & Sour crunchy Vegetables
For dessert create a sublime black rice pudding with a lychee compote.
This session is 3 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
