Start your evening by preparing an authentic spicy Malaysian Prawn Laska Noodle Broth.
To follow learn how to make a traditional Asian favourite, Lemongrass Pork Dumpling Skewers served with a pickled Green Bean Salad.
To finish, cook your own Asian Steamed Hirata Buns with BBQ Pork Belly, accompanied by Sweet & Sour crunchy Vegetables.
This session is between 3 and 4 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
