Start your evening by preparing an authentic tom-yun consisting of pork, prawns and freshly made wontons.
To follow learn how to make a traditional Asian favourite, a pan fried pai-tai complimented by a fresh and vibrant green mango salad.
For dessert create a sublime black rice pudding with a lychee compote.
