Start your evening with vegetable pakoras served with a lightly curried mango and tamarind chutney.
For main course learn how to make your own pork buns, stuffed with pork, spring onion and pickled cucumber served with hoisin sauce.
Our Chef will demonstrate and prepare sticky coconut rice for you to enjoy at your table.
To finish enjoy a beautifully light desert. An Asian fruit salad containing lynchees and mangoes infused in a lime leaf syrup and sugared wontons.
