A truly authentic dining and cooking experience!
To begin, a classic Venetian Fritto Misto; crispy fried squid, prawns, scallops and hake, with a lemon and saffron aioli.
Then, ‘Costoletta do maiale con Salvia’, an organic free range pork chop on the bone, with sage, apricots and pancetta with a wonderfully creamy polenta, and a garlic and basil butter, accompanied by a sweet and sour pepperonata! All topped with homemade ricotta cheese.
And to finish… Well, it just had to be Tiramisu!!
This session is between 3 and 4 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
