To begin, prepare and cook from scratch a Neapolitan classic Zuppa di Pesce-a beautiful, flavoursome fish broth with garlic sour dough bruschetta.
For your second course of the afternoon, learn the foundations of fresh pasta making as demonstrated by Chef. Return to your individual cooking station and create a sublimely balanced Tagliatelle al Forno, served with authentically made Italian meatballs and “Sunday sauce”.
Finish off your meal on the continent with a rich, light and incredibly indulgent Zabaglione.
This session is 3 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
