Firstly prepare and enjoy Taleggio cheese risotto. This traditional dish is made using an Italian soft cheese that originated from “Val Taleggio in Bergamo” and gives this risotto a distinctly rustic flavour.
Also create Parmigiana di melanzane. This classic Italian dish is made with sliced aubergine and layered with cheese and a beautiful tomato sauce, then baked.
All courses will be demonstrated by Franco, our in-house Sicilian chef who will direct the class on how to prepare these dishes just as he remembers it from his Mother’s kitchen to his families table .
