A truly authentic dining and cooking experience, with a brand-new menu!

To begin, a fresh and light Bruschetta, topped with honey-roasted figs, prosciutto, mozzarella, and basil.

Then we move on to a favourite – a traditional Lasagne from scratch, learning how to cook the sauces and even making your own pasta dough! This is accompanied by a fresh Caesar Salad, where our chefs will show you how to make the perfect Caesar dressing.

We then finish with a twist on a classic – a Limoncello Tiramisu, with a ricotta and lemon curd filling, and maybe a little taster of Limoncello on the side…


This session is between 3 and 4 hours in duration.  You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
