As the leaves turn golden, the nights creep in and there’s a chill in the air, the chefs at Belfast Cookery School celebrate the turning of the season with an absolute cracker of an autumn season class. Firstly, nothing says Autumn like mushrooms! A classic Mushrooms on toast with a beautiful selection of foraged mushrooms on toasted sourdough. For your main, you will prepare and cook Peter ‘The Meat Merchant’ Hannans world-famous sugar pit bacon chop with puy lentils and seasonal root veg. No better way to finish than with a spiced fig brioche bread and butter pudding demoed and served up by our talented chefs.
This session is 3 to 31/2 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival at The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
