Join Karyn as she takes the class through the preparation and construction of a beautifully balanced pear and ginger tart, encased in a crisp,tender and workable pastry which you will learn to create for yourself. Next prepare, sample and enjoy restaurant standard foccacia bread laced with fresh rosemary. A versatile accompaniment to any meal for you to recreate time and again for astound family and friends.
