Next design and customise your very own cupcakes to your taste from a variety of techniques and ingredients provided by our experienced team.

Finally follow Chef’s instruction as you make a rich and sublime chocolate fondant which you will serve with traditional ice cream

This session is 2 hours in duration.  You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
