Bread Masterclass

Learn the ropes or sharpen your skills in our bread making masterclass.

Spectate as Chef demonstrates how to make a collection of yeast free breads.

Prepare in class one of the many options of bread which can be made from fresh white dough. Chef will teach you how to prepare your very own white dough from the ingredient stage.  Finally enjoy your creation with a selection of pesto’s and vegetables created by our professional cheffing team.

Take all the information you have been taught  home and compliment it with additional advice given by Chef on how your dough will react with additional fats and sugars and different preparation styles, allowing you to re use your newly found knowledge in a variety of ways.

This session is 3 hours in duration.  You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
