 Belfast cookery school would like to introduce BCS@home. Fully interactive, fun and educational cookery lessons for you to participate in @home, these classes are supported with video tutorials by our own head chef Ian Hunter. So, if you are a novice or a kitchen whizz there is something for everyone!

Flavours of India, to begin you shall prepare and cook a western Indian classic:

Onion pakora with Phaniya Pudina a zesty spicy, sweet coriander and mint chutney

then over to Delhi for a Murgh Makhani (butter chicken) with a fragrant pilau rice

and to finish a light and Refreshing mango and cardamom Panna cotta

these are all super yummy and super fast to prepare with all the hard work done, you cook and enjoy

Free to collect from Mourne Seafood bar fish shop on Friday afternoon, or if you are in the Belfast area you can pay a small fee and we will deliver to your door…

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
