 Belfast cookery school would like to introduce BCS@home. Fully interactive, fun and educational cookery lessons for you to participate in @home, these classes are supported with video tutorials by our own head chef Ian Hunter. So, if you are a novice or a kitchen whizz there is something for everyone!

BCS@home week 4! With lockdown rolling in month 3 we’ve a menu to gauranteed to put a smile on your face with some deep south comfort food! Buttermilk fried chicken with chipotle slaw, Memphis Smokey sweet dry rub ribs, crispy bacon Mac n cheese with side ceasar and baked vanilla cheesecake with blueberry compote!

 

these are all super yummy and super fast to prepare with all the hard work done, you cook and enjoy

 

Free to collect from Mourne Seafood bar fish shop on Friday afternoon, or if you are in the Belfast area you can pay a small fee and we will deliver to your door…

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
