Belfast cookery school would like to introduce BCS@home. Fully interactive, fun and educational cookery lessons for you to participate in @home, these classes are supported with video tutorials by our own head chef Ian Hunter. So, if you are a novice or a kitchen whizz there is something for everyone!

To start you will cook a crispy dulse and panko coated smoked cod fishcake with lemon glazed samphire and a dill tartar dressing.

For the main event Peter Hannan’s famous salt aged Irish shorthorn beef sirloin steaks with a Cafe de Paris butter, cauliflower and spinach gratin with beef dripping glazed triple cooked chips

if that isn’t enough a homemade sticky toffee pudding, wow!

class packs contain all your ingredients per two customers with recipes and links to video tutorial.

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
