Belfast cookery school would like to introduce BCS@home. Fully interactive, fun and educational cookery lessons for you to participate in @home, these classes are supported with video tutorials by our own head chef Ian Hunter. So, if you are a novice or a kitchen whizz there is something for everyone!

An italian inspired first class which begins with a beautiful & seasonal Caprese salad with cows milk mozzarella, selection of sweet tomatoes, fresh basil and aged balsamic dressing.

A main course of Organic chicken breast, apricot & sage butter wrapped in parma ham with a creamy herb parmesan polenta, spring greens and basil infused oil

To finish we have prepared a rich and luxurious tiramisu that you just serve and enjoy!

class packs contain all your ingredients per two customers with recipes and links to video tutorial.

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
