Belfast Cookery School-Summer Sessions

Join us in this unique session as we explore the fresh and vibrant locally sourced produce that is grown, farmed and caught on our own doorstep abundantly available on this great island.

To begin Chef will instruct you how to prepare and cook a delicious roast chicken, summer radish and pink grapefruit salad with sweet and delicate in season queen scallops with a light sweet and sour dressing.

After enjoying you starter return to your individual workstation and cook a rump of crusted marsh fed lamb sourced from the shores of Lough Erne with a mint chutney accompanied with an heirloom tomato and warm summer green bean salad.

To finish our chef will show you how to prepare a twist on strawberries and vanilla cream all locally sourced from organic farms.

This session is 3 hours in duration.  You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
