Join us for a very special evening focusing on some of the recipes from the Award-winning Cookbook ‘Belfast on a Plate’.
Belfast on a Plate is the brainchild of photographer David Pauley. It features recipes and stories from 20 of Belfast’s top restaurants.
This class will be hosted by one of the books featured chefs, Andy Rea of ‘Mourne Seafood Bar’ ‘Home Restaurant’ and ‘La taqueria’. The dishes cooked will be recipes from the book itself and each guest will receive their very own copy of ‘Belfast on a Plate’ to take home.
