Join us for an evening of fine cuisine constructed by Belfast Cookery School’s very own, Ben Arnold.
Ben shot onto our screens as a participant and Northern Ireland heat winner in the BBC’s “Great British Menu” in 2015.
Before Ben found himself beamed into households in the U.K. and beyond, he trained at college in London and later learned his trade working at two Michelin starred Le Gavroche, at La Trompette, and also for Theo Randall. He later spent time working in the kitchens at the House of Commons.
This session is designed and inspired by Ben’s wide experience of food and driven by the dishes and innovative cooking styles he feels most passionate about.
Start your delightful evening by preparing and enjoying malt glazed wood pigeon complimented with beetroot, cherries served with a hazelnut & foie gras sauce.
Continue your experience by creating and sampling loin of venison served with root vegetables, celeriac puree,chicory tart fine, sage and pancetta.
Finish off Chef Bens class with a Cherry clafoutis served with marscapone
