Christmas Bottomless Brunch!
Start your Christmas festivities with a visit to the cookery school for an afternoon of bottomless bubbles & brunch!
Upon arrival, begin your day of luxury with a delicious mimosa & freshly baked full butter croissants.
Then our chef will demonstrate how to cook and serve the most delicious smoked salmon eggs benedict!
Bake your own soda bread from scratch, cook the perfect poached free range egg and make a luxurious hollandaise sauce finished with caviar.
We will be serving bottomless prosecco throughtout the class also, the perfect start to Sunday!
This session is between 2 & 3 hours in duration.
Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.
All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
