Nothing says Christmas more than a glass of bubbles!

Upon arrival, begin your day of luxury with a glass sparkling prosecco, with freshly squeezed orange juice, full butter croissants and award winning Ewing’s smoked salmon.

Then on to preparing and cooking our beautiful and comforting Jerusalem baked egg Shakshuka (what else?! It’s Christmas!), an amazing dish with red peppers, tomatoes and just a pinch of spice.
