At Belfast Cookery School we will teach you how to dazzle your friends and family on Christmas Eve with deliciously stunning party nibbles.

Prepare and cook an absolute party classic, Belfast’s own Ewings Smoked Salmon and caviar blinis.

Then prepare a luxury hummus with pomegranate, toasted flatbread and crudités alongside deliciously moreish Korean beef bulgogi skewers.

Finally, no Christmas party would be complete, without sausage rolls! But with a difference! Pork, Stilton and Cranberry. WOW.

Mulled  wine will be available throughout the class and during the class you will be treated to a festive Christmas cocktail.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
