Learn to prepare a enjoy a collection of classic sauces designed to compliment a wide variety of dishes.
To start your chef will prepare cured beetroot and salmon served with potato bellinis. Each pupil will complement this dish with a wonderful hollandaise sauce. Chef will also demonstrate other pairings and complements for this versatile sauce.
For your main course learn how to prepare locally sourced duck breast with roasted sweet potato and greens. To enhance this exquisite dish you will learn how to make a red wine sauce, suitable for a variety of fresh meat dishes.
Finally learn how to make a classic dessert base which will incorporate creme brulee, parfee, ice cream, lemon tart and many more. All variations of the humble custard.
