You will be taken on an exciting journey through the world of shakers, stirrers, flips, fizzes, daisies, Daiquiris and sours (to name just a few) !

You will learn about cocktail culture past and present, equipment required to concoct the perfect libation, a range of techniques that will make shaking up a storm at home a doddle as well as some tricks of the trade to really impress your guests!

Oh and we will have a blast while doing it all!!

You will enjoy a delicious sparkling cocktail upon your arrival @ The Cookery school prepared by your experts for the night, The Cocktail Academy.

Your mixologist for the evening will guide your through the evening’s festivities, swiftly following this introduction you will enjoy your first cocktail demonstration of the evening (specific cocktails change each class).

Now armed with the knowledge and knowhow you will make your way to your individual specialised cocktail station, where you will recreate this cocktail using all your very own cocktail products and equipment.

You will then enjoy some delectable light bites prepared by the talented chefs at the Mourne Seafood Bar.

Your second cocktail demonstration will guide you through a totally different style of drink, giving you even more skills take home with you. Hone your skills again at your personal cocktail station, under the watchful eye of The Cocktail Academy.

Finally, show off your new found skills by creating a drink of your own, pitting it against some other potential cocktail masters!!
