Prepare and enjoy your Christmas lunch in only one hour!

The main course is the Christmas dinner we all know and love, showing you all the steps and processes that go into preparing each part, including a Turkey Ballotine, homemade Stuffing, the crispiest Roasties, Gravy, Creamed Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta, and Red Cabbage.

Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink.

Variations are available for vegetarians and a variety of allergies or intolerances.

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
