The Cookery School Does Brunch

Arrive to a sparkling glass of prosecco, freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade crossiants and preserves.
Then you shall cook and prepare our version of the classic Eggs Benedict. Make and bake your very own Soda bread with pan grilled smoked pancetta, wilted spinach, poached duck eggs and finish with an indulgent hollandaise sauce.
This session is 2 1/2 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary of Prosecco or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.
All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
