The Cookery School Does Brunch

Join this relaxed and informal class exploring and enjoying some great dishes which you can recreate time and again, wooing family and friends.
Arrive to warm homemade croissants with abernethy butter and preserves accompanied with freshly squeezed orange juice or sparkling prosecco.
Then make our twist on a brunch classic Eggs Benedict. Prepare and make Soda bread finished with pan grilled smoked pancetta, spinach, poached duck eggs and topped off with a luxurious hollandaise sauce.
