Join this relaxed and informal class exploring and enjoying some great dishes which you can recreate time and again, wooing family and friends.
Start your morning with a glass of bubbly or some freshly brewed coffee and croissants on arrival.
Chef will demonstrate and you will prepare the perfect poached duck egg, served with serrano ham on sourdough toast.
Pair this twist on a brunch classic with a nutritious super salad. Made with spinach, feta, avocado, pomegranate and dressed with Broughter gold rapeseed oil
