Sunday Lunch To Impress

Join us as we continue our popular “To Impress” series. Our new Sunday Lunch session is a highly sought after class exploring how to produce a restaurant standard Sunday lunch experience to astound family and friends time and again.
To start learn how to create a grastronomic approach to a classic Sunday starter, prawn and salmon cocktail. Made from locally sourced ingredients supplied by our sister restaurant Mourne Seafood Bar.
For your main course prepare and enjoy a lemon and thyme roasted chicken served with a selection of honey roasted seasonal vegetables, “proper roasties” and “real homemade gravy”.
For your finale construct our interpreation of an old childhood favourite, a homemade traditional trifle
