Learn how to dazzle family and friends as you prepare a restaurant standard 3 course meal.
To start, learn to prepare fragrant Asian style broth with pork and ginger stuffed wontons, lemongrass & coriander
For your main course create saffron baked cod with hand made pasta, stem broccoli and warm lobster salsa.
For dessert sample and enjoy white chocolate creme brûlée tart, marinated Autumn fruits and a vanilla & lime cream
