Learn how to make the robust signature dishes made famous by the cuisine capital of the world.
To begin our celebration of the home of cooking, we start with a beautifully caramelised Soupe à l’oignon (French Onion soup).
We then move on another classic of Coq au Vin, a warming dish for any occasion that will go perfectly with a glass of red wine!
This session is between 3 and 4 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
