To start learn develop a rustic seafood chowder made from freshly caught, catch of the day from our local waters and supplied by our sister restaurant Mourne Seafood Bar.
Next prepare and enjoy an authentic duck a la orange, served with freshly prepared seasonal vegetables and potato gratin
To finish your wonderful evening, construct and indulge in a fresh, light crepe suzette with chantilly
