Dinner Party To Impress

Learn how to dazzle family and friends as you prepare a restaurant standard 3 course meal.

On arrival enjoy home made bread sticks served with aioli.

To start, learn to prepare goats cheese souffle with candied pecans, roast beetroot and marinated grapes.

For your main course prepare locally sourced pork belly served with black pudding fritters, dauphinoise potatoes and fried savoy cabbage in bacon and sage butter.

For dessert sample and enjoy a classic pear tarte tatin served with vanilla ice cream.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
