Dinner Party To Impress 7pm-10pm

Learn how to dassle family and friends as you prepare a restaurant standard 3 course meal.
On arrival enjoy Chef made home made bread sticks served with aioli
To start, learn to prepare a fragrant Asian style broth with pork and ginger stuffed wontons, lemongrass & corriander
For the mail course create a saffron baked cod with hand made pasta, stem broccoli and a warm lobster salsa.
For dessert sample and enjoy white chocolate creme brûlée tart, marinated Autumn fruits and a vanilla & lime cream
