We look to celebrate a day made famous within our great Island, but recognised throughout the world, made famous for our love of great food, drinks and overall banter!

Start the nights celebration by preparing and enjoy a local classic, just like grandma used to make; Boxty pancakes with Belfast smoked salmon, watercress and lemon oil.

Continue your celebration by learning how to create and devouring locally sourced Guinness braised Short Rib of Irish Beef accompanied with Calcannon dumplings.

Finish off an evening of laughs and great food with a rich, indulgent Bailey’s coffee mousse.
