This session is a must for all Game of Thrones® enthusiasts, providing a unique opportunity to experience the insiders guide to creating an authentic Game of Thrones® Banquet.
Join us at Belfast Cookery School for an evening in Westeros where you will prepare and cook
wonderful dishes, showcasing Northern Irelands bountiful fresh produce, featured in the Game of
Thrones TV series and George RR Martins a story of fire and Ice.
To begin a soup more tempting than an evening with her brother, Cersie’s own white bean and
Spiced sausage soup. Next a dish fit for a Dothraki wedding, Roast Honeyed Duck Breast
accompanied by Sansa’s spinach and a zesty plum salad. To finish our chef from the nights watch will
prepare for you Samwell’s blueberry Ricotta tart.
This session is between 3 and 4 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
