Join us for an evening of great cooking and amazing dishes inspired by the hit TV show “Game Of Thrones”.

Belfast Cookery School has teamed up with the highly regarded Chef Karyn Booth to provide an evening fit for the Khaleesi herself!

Chef Karyn is a food stylist, home economist and cookery writer from Belfast who is best known for her work on Game Of Thrones Seasons 1-4. Karyn’s work includes the stallions heart eaten by Daenerys in Season 1.  Karyn has also styled food for other film and television productions including High Rise, Dracula Untold, Your Highness, Shooting For Socrates, The Wiper Times and Frankenstein.

This session is a must for all GOT enthusiasts, providing a unique opportunity to experience the insiders guide to creating an authentic Game Of Throne’s Banquet.

Chef Karyn has prepared a lavish menu inspired by and containing dishes used within the series itself.  Look forward to creating and enjoying:

Honeyed Chicken accompanied by a Sansa salad (with edible flowers) and garlic potatoes
Roast Lamb in Dark ale
Margaery’s apple rose cakes
Sansa’s lemon cakes
