Join us for our Halloween evening in our fully decorated Cookery School for an evening promised to be full of fiendish guests and delicious dishes.  Practical fancy dressed is not necessary but encouraged.  Spot prizes will be given for the best fancy dress.

This one off class will explore Latin American cuisine, inspired by the one of the world’s most famous festival.

To start, chef will demonstrate and you will prepare a distinctive Peruvian ceviche, bursting with Latin flavour made with fresh, vibrant local produce.

Our amazing session continues as each guest will prepare  Charred flat iron steak chimmichurri, complimented by 2 South American classic accompaniments, Refried black beans and a colourful and flavoursome cactus, corn & avocado salad.

Finish this wonderful evening with a famous Latin dessert, a Quesillo served alongside a condensed milk flan

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
