Our Chef's Biographies

We understand how intimidating a kitchen can be.   Our beginner sessions are aimed at those who would like to develop their basic culinary knowledge by mastering some gorgeous yet simple dishes and wow those skeptical friends and family members.

First learn how to make a gorgeous rustic spaghetti bolognese compliment by making a fresh and beautifully balanced garlic bread.

Next learn how to prepare from scratch a roast chicken with a peri peri sauce served with braised red rice.

For the potential bakers finish off the session by preparing a chocolate fondant, which you enjoy with ice cream.

Throughout the session our Chefs will talk through some industry tips about basic cooking, allowing the class to go home with a new found passion and confidence in cooking and explore the kitchen for themselves.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
