Due to high demand we have designed a family cookery session, based around children (12 years old or above) cooking with an adult. in a great on off half term session.
On arrival Head Chef Ian Hunter will demonstrate and prepare Mourne Seafood Mussels for the class to enjoy.
Start your own cooking experience by learning to prepare a classic Fish Finger Sandwich- Learn how to fillet, skin and cut your own fish fingers from freshly caught Atlantic Hake, coat in crispy panko breadcrumbs, Cook and serve with fresh crusty bread, salad, home-made tartar sauce and ketchup.
Finish this amazing afternoon by creating Chipotle Soft Tacos- Packed with flavour ideal for sharing, fun to make and healthy. Prep, Marinade and cook beautiful freshly caught produce served with soft shell tacos and make your own crunch zingy slaw from scratch
