Prepare, fillet and cook a selection of fish from our local waters. Start your afternoon as Chef demonstrates how to fillet a flat and round fish for the class . Next, prepare a half grilled lobster with flavoured butters and a seasonal side salad.
The class will then learn how to cook herb-crusted cod accompanied by a tar tar veloute.
Taste a variety of freshly prepared local fish which our Chef will prepare and fillet for the class. Feel free to get involved in the fully interactive Chef demonstration.
