A Taste Of Belfast

  • This event has passed.

Belfast is increasingly being seen as a food capital within the global community.  The fresh produce and unique tastes available on this beautiful island have provided a variety of sublime dishes synonymous with our great city.

Truely a taste of Belfast! On arrival, you will be treated to a selection of nibbles prepared by our sister restaurant Mourne Seafood Bar.

To begin prepare and cook our classic seafood chowder that is served in Mourne Seafood Bar, a genuine Belfast institution.  This will be accompanied by home-made soda bread, the bread that kept our shipyard running!!

To follow a rich, luxurious casserole:-  Rib of Shorthorn Ulster Beef and champ dumplings braised in Belfast dark Ale, a real one pot wonder to warm the cockles of the coldest hearts.

This session will be between 3 and 4 hours in duration.  You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
