A Taste Of Belfast

  • This event has passed.

Belfast is increasingly being seen as a food capital within the global community.  The fresh produce and unique tastes available on this beautiful island have provided a variety of sublime dishes synonymous with our great city.

Join us as we explore some of the produce and cooking styles that define Belfast cuisine.

To start your afternoon Chef will demonstrate and you will create a rich seafood chowder, made from the local catch of the day, prepared and supplied by our sister restaurant, Mourne Seafood Bar Belfast. Compliment this beautiful dish with a beautifully crafted stout wheaten bread.

Continue your session and learn how to prepare and enjoy a hearty Belfast favourite, slow braised rib of Short Horn Irish beef with champ potato dumplings cooked in Belfast ale.

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
