For our Something Sweet class we have luxurious, scrumptious classics to impress and dazzle.

To begin we have a modern twist on ‘everyone’s favourite’ Lemon Meringue Pie.  Learn how to make Lemon & Lime Curd topped with the crispy Italian meringue.

To follow is the Afternoon Tea classic French Macaroon with rich vanilla butter cream.

Last but by no means least is the technical but beautiful Hot Chocolate Soufflé made with stunning Belgium Chocolate and accompanied by Zesty Raspberry Compote.
