Dinner Party To Impress

Dazzle your friends and family as you learn tricks of the trade to prepare and cook a restaurant standard 3 course meal.

To begin a visually stunning and even better tasting starter of Ewings Smoked Salmon, tiger prawns with baby leaves and a horseradish cream with lime vinaigrette.

For Main course a classic organic Pork Wellington with puy lentils and dauphinoise potatoes

For Dessert, a rich and decadent Salted Caramel Chocolate Pot

This session is between 3 and 3 1/2 hours in duration.  You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
