Dinner Party To Impress

Learn how to dazzle family and friends as you prepare a restaurant standard 3 course meal.

To start, learn to prepare a shellfish cocktail. A modern “upcycle” on the traditional prawn cocktail, made from freshly fished produce from our local waters.

For your main course prepare an Irish beef, braised short rib bourguingnon and complimented by a beautiful gnocchi & leek gratin

For dessert sample and enjoy Belfast Cookery School’s very own, a rich and indulgent Chocolate orange jaffa pot, served with ice cream

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
