Firstly prepare from scratch a real stars and stripes classic “Buttermilk Fried Chicken” with a smokey crunch slaw.

Our chef will then demonstrate the different cuts that go into the perfect ground beef mix for our juicy burger. Make your own sweet dill pickle, burger sauce and of course french fries. With your burger and fries you will make and serve the southern states “Creamed Corn.”

To finish off…….well it had to be peanut butter chocolate brownie with vanilla ice-cream.

This session is 3 hours in duration.  You will be welcomed with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
