Taste Of The States

Firstly prepare from scratch a real stars and stripes classic “Buttermilk Fried Chicken” with a smokey crunch slaw.

Our chef will then demonstrate the different cuts that go into the perfect ground beef mix for our juicy burger. Make your own sweet dill pickle, burger sauce and of course french fries. With your burger and fries you will make and serve the southern states “Creamed Corn.”

To finish off…….well it had to be peanut butter chocolate brownie with vanilla ice-cream.

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
